MarketClub's Sponsor School Finishes on Top of Economics Competition
SHADY SIDE, MD, June 10, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- In November of 2009, MarketClub received a letter from James Kollar, an economics teacher at Adlai E. Stevenson High School in Lincolnshire, Illinois, requesting a discounted MarketClub membership so that his economics club could use the service to assist them in their stock trading competitions. MarketClub offered the club six complimentary annual subscriptions to the teams competing in various stock trading and economics competitions throughout the school year. The students were given complete access to MarketClub's portfolio management, scanning, historical data download, charting, analysis tools, as well as the proprietary "Trade Triangle" trading signals.

Mr. James Kollar has since sent bi-monthly updates of his club's success to MarketClub. In his most recent update, the instructor informed MarketClub that all six of his teams finished in the top 10 of the Illinois State Economics Challenge.

"Thanks to MarketClub for all the help you have provided. The students used MarketClub for research and informative articles. It was well worth their time and, as can be seen by the results, important for their understanding of how basic economic principles can be applied to real world situations," said Mr. Kollar in an email received in May of 2010.

MarketClub is proud to announce that they will continue sponsoring Stevenson High School and will consider sponsorship of other stock/economics clubs throughout the 2010-2011 school year.
